At Organic Basics, we want you to feel good in what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all sustainably made essentials. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
