How should I care for my Organic Basics products?

To extend the life of your garments and save energy, we recommend machine washing at 30°C and air drying. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to preserve the integrity of the natural fibers.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders over $100. For smaller orders, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your specific location and preferred delivery speed.

Are your factories ethical?
